Set and costume designs for opera include: Olivier Award-winning production of LA BOHEME at the Soho Theatre as well as the original production at The Cock Tavern Theatre. For Wexford Opera Festival ShortWorks: LA SERVA PADRONA, LA BOHEME, WINNERS, THE TELEPHONE, TROUBLE IN TAHITI and GIANNI SCHICCHI.
Designs for theatre include: THE YORK REALIST at the Riverside Studios, THE POTTING SHED at the Finborough Theatre, STUDIES FOR A PORTRAIT at The King’s Head, SHRUNK at The Cock Tavern Theatre, and Nuffield Youth Theatre’s production of A HANDBAG for NT New Connections at Chichester Festival Theatre.
Other design work includes designing the set for the musical SUGAR for Pimlico Opera at HMP Send – an educational and rehabilitative collaboration with inmates. Kate designed and curated the exhibition AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING for The Houses of Parliament in February 2010.
